SPRING BREAK CAMPS
During Spring Break, you can choose to have your kids spend an entire week at camp working on a large-scale project, or you can choose to sign them up for single-day camps during the week for free construction and smaller scale projects. For the week-long campers, we are offering the following projects: Skateboards, Mini-Golf, and Inter-Act.
Skateboards and Mini-Golf: Spend the week crafting your very own skateboard. Yes, a real skateboard, but with your own unique designs. Not into skateboards? Then you can help design and build a miniature golf course in our wood shop. Make it as easy or as challenging as you like, and don’t forget the windmill (gotta have a windmill). For ages 6+.
Inter-Act: This week-long camp combines traditional design exercises with state-of-the-art technology to create something utterly unique. Campers learn the basics in multiple disciplines (virtual reality and virtual worlds, wood shop, electronics, and more), then come together to create a plan for a group project that reflects their personal interests and strengths. If you’ve visited Bit Space and played Hide and Ghost Seek, our virtual reality + arcade cabinet 4-player experience, that’s the product of a week of Inter-Act camp! For ages 9+ or with permission of the Director.
